This Book of Days is a modern version of an ancient tradition that dates back to medieval times, and before. We invite you to use this as your own spiritual journal and a guide to your innermost heart and soul. Each day gifts you with a passage of Scripture, a question for deeper reflection, a quotation summarizing the lesson for the day, and a final meditation prayer. May these words provide an open door to the Spirit of Love and and a journey of Light and Truth for all who seek the Way.
